Organizational Objectives

  • Generate evidences through researches in health and development focused on Sexual and Reproductive Health; NCDs issues and healthy behavior.
  • Advocate and influence the concerned stakeholders for improving sexual and reproductive health of young people including women and children.
  • Build up /or expand the capacity and network of the organizations working in the field of sexual and reproductive health and NCD.
  • Coordinate and /conduct NCD Risk Factors prevention and control activities through different sectors
  • Interlink and integrate the sexual and reproductive health as a crosscutting issue in all sectors such as education, agriculture, forestry, etc. so that young people (including women and children) will be able to exercise their sexual and reproductive rights and responsibilities, and participate in achieving the full-fledged quality sexual and reproductive health information, education and services.
  • Encourage the existing good practices (including indigenous system of medicines) and discourage the harmful practices and beliefs related to sexual and reproductive health including in the communities by imparting evidence-based knowledge and life skills to wipe out the misconceptions and myths.
  • Empower vulnerable groups (Migrant Workers, Internally Displaced Persons, People with Disabilities, Commercial Sex Workers, Intra Venous Drug users, Persons living with HIV) of the communities to minimize their vulnerability to unhealthy life style, HIV and STIs, and to promote their active participation at all levels.


  • Identification of the concerned stakeholders, young people, vulnerable groups, poor, deprived and socially excluded people of the communities.
  • Design and implementation of the programs with full participation of those stakeholders and beneficiaries, who are targeted by the programs/projects.
  • Mobilization of the local resources for its proper utilization, sustainable development and promotion of self-help.
  • Involvement of religious, political and social leaders into the program spiral.
  • Networking, co-ordination and co-operation with likeminded organizations at public and private sectors.

Attain a healthy and productive life of all individuals, especially who are poor, vulnerable, deprived and socially excluded.
