A Study on Sexual Dysfunction Prevalence Across Nepal

Our main objective is to assess the prevalence of sexual dysfunction in Nepal while also identifying risk factors and chronic conditions associated with it. Through this work, we hope to shed light on the needs and challenges faced by the Nepalese population regarding sexual health.

Global Phase III Clinical Trial on Recombinant Two-Component COVID-19 Vaccine (CHO Cell) in Nepal

SOLID Nepal is conducting its second vaccine trial in Nepal, entitled "A multicenter, randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled phase III trial to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and immunogenicity of the recombinant two-component COVID-19 vaccine (CHO cell) in adults aged 18 years and older."

The emergence of COVID-19 in December 2019 was declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) by the World Health Organization (WHO) on 30 January 2020. The COVID-19 pandemic has placed heavy economic pressure, medical burden, and severe harm to people's lives and well-being.

Early Rehabilitation Support Project for Patients with Respiratory Disease in the Kathmandu Valley - Promotion of Respiratory Rehabilitation

This is a three years project, started in April 2015 and will be ended at March 2018. This project is being supported by Japan International Medical Technology Foundation (JIMTEF), Japan. This project is being implemented in Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH) and Bhaktapur district. Till date, coordination with different stakeholders and initial preparation activities has been completed. The schedules of training and orientation are very close under the implementation process.

Improving Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights of Young People by Their Empowerment in Nepal

SOLID Nepal is implementing a project on “Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights of Young People by their Empowerment” supported by Simavi, Netherland. The project is designed to intervene in Illam Municipality and Namsaling, Soyang, Naya Bazar, Pyang, and Jogmai VDCs of the district. Project duration is for 13 Months starting from January 2016 to February 2017.

Safe Motherhood and WASH Project - SIMAVI

Safe motherhood and WASH project Kapilvastu was implemented in selected wards 2, 6, 7 and 8 of Shivaraj Municipality, Kapilvastu with support of Simavi, and the Netherland since1 January 2019 to 15 July 2022.
